Kim Snyder is Executive Director focused on Energy investments and their integration into Prologis' real estate platform. He acts as a liaison between the energy and the real estate operations and deployment teams. Kim also focuses on DEI&B initiatives, community engagement, and government affairs work, along with leadership support activities. Snyder is past President of Prologis’ West Region and was responsible for regional activities including development, acquisitions, and operations for Prologis. A 35-year veteran in the development business, he joined AMB (pre-merger) in 2005, bringing experience in real estate development, construction, and finance. As Managing Director and Senior Vice President during his tenure at AMB, Kim managed AMB's Airport Group, Mexico, the Western U.S., and Brazil operations. 

Prior to AMB, Kim served as President of Paragon Capital Corporation, and earlier was Managing Director for Insignia-ESG's Western region development operation. Prior to Insignia, he was a partner with Investment Building Group in Los Angeles. 

Kim has a Bachelor of Science from Arizona State University, summa cum laude, and an MBA from the Harvard Business School. He is the past Chair of NAIOP National and is a past President of the NAIOP Inland Empire Chapter. Kim is also on the Technical Committee and Advisory Board of FIBRA Prologis (Mexico), a publicly traded real estate investment company based in Mexico City. He is currently serving on the Industry Advisory Board at the Peter Drucker Graduate School of Business and is a Trustee of the Gooden School in Sierra Madre, California. Kim is actively involved with the Los Angeles World Affairs Council, the Inland Empire Economic Partnership, the IEEP Logistics Council, and the International Warehouse Logistics Association. Snyder also serves on the Mayor's Economic Development Advisory Group for the City of Riverside, CA. Snyder is also a Board member of Cal Chamber based in Sacramento, CA.
