Ellen Ticknor serves as the Director of Client Relations for Seide Law where she successfully developed and maintains a $2.1 million dollar book of business.  This included bringing in corporate real estate clients and more importantly, “keeping” them over several decades.  She is very active in both BOMA OC and IREM OC, serves on the Governmental Affairs Committee and the Executive Council for BOMA Cal.  She has had the privilege of serving as a guest lecturer for IREM OC, BOMA OC and Cal State Fullerton and regularly authors articles updating clients and the BOMA membership on changes in the law as those changes impact commercial real estate. She also teaches seminars to client companies on the practical application of real estate law.

In her spare time, she does international mission trips with her church.  Ellen is an avid Dodger fan and enjoys bantering with the BOMA Cal team.  She has a golden retriever who regularly attends BOMA Cal meetings online.
