On Thursday May 2nd industry leaders gathered in Downtown Los Angeles for CBPA’s board meeting and successful PAC fundraiser reception. The day began at Union Bank Plaza where CBPA’s board of directors met to discuss key issues impacting commercial real estate. The meeting served as an opportunity to engage with special guest speakers including Althea De Pietro and Blake Perez of BOMA Greater Los Angeles, Josh Wood of the newly formed Supply Chain Council, and Assembly candidate John Harabedian.

CBPA PAC’s fundraiser reception took place following the board meeting at Bonaventure Brewing, where over 20 industry leaders connected with peers and special guests Assembly candidate Efren Martinez and Senate Candidates Laura Richardson and Suzette Valladares. The event was a success with $37,000 raised for the CBPA PAC at a critical time. Special thanks are due to our board members, sponsors, and special guests.
