2022 California Commercial Real Estate Summit (CCRES) and Annual Meeting – Postponed

The California Commercial Real Estate Summit (CCRES) in Sacramento, California has been postponed. Early August is the targeted date, please stay tuned for more updates.

This event is the one time of year that industry leaders from all sectors of the commercial, industrial, and retail real estate industry join come together from across the nation and hear from top policymakers and California State Legislators. We look forward to seeing you!

Day 1

This year, we will not be hosting a dinner event and suggest for those who want to plan dinners with their groups. Restaurant recommendations will follow shortly.

Due to the fluidity of the current situation and environment, what is of importance to all of us now, may not be as important as what is happening one month from now. CBPA is the designated legislative advocate for the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the California Chapters of the Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP), the Building Owners and Managers Association of California (BOMA), the Retail Industry Leaders Association (RILA), the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), and the Association of Commercial Real Estate – Northern and Southern California (ACRE), AIR CRE, and the California Association for Local Economic Development (CALED). CBPA currently represents over 10,000 members, making it the largest consortium of commercial real estate professionals in California.
