    With another drought falling upon California, and having no more storage in the state than when we dealt with the last one, policymakers are again spending some time trying to figure out how to deal with the problem.  Governor Jerry Brown spoke with President Obama about the drought is visiting the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California to speak with water leaders from across the region and discuss conservation.
